يتم تصنيع المنتجات المعروضة من خلال TBS Home Lamp وفقًا للطلب.
وبناءً على ذلك، قد تختلف مدة التصنيع والتجهيز وفقًا لطبيعة المنتج ومواصفاته وكميته ومتطلبات إنتاجه.
وتحتفظ TBS Home Lamp بحقها في إلغاء أو تعديل أي طلب في حال تعذر تصنيع المنتج أو توفيره أو تسليمه نتيجة ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة للشركة.
وفي حال توفر بديل مناسب، قد يتم التواصل مع العميل وإبلاغه بالبدائل المتاحة.
3. الأسعار والعروض
جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع تكون بالجنيه المصري EGP ما لم يتم توضيح غير ذلك.
ويحق لـ TBS Home Lamp تعديل الأسعار أو الخصومات أو الحملات الترويجية أو العروض الخاصة أو إيقافها في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
وقد تخضع كل حملة أو عرض ترويجي لشروط وأحكام ومدة صلاحية خاصة به.
4. الطلبات
لا يُعد إرسال الطلب عبر الموقع قبولًا نهائيًا للطلب بالضرورة، حيث تخضع جميع الطلبات للمراجعة والتأكيد من جانب TBS Home Lamp.
ويحق للشركة رفض أو إلغاء أو تعديل أي طلب في حالات تشمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، عدم توافر المنتج، أو وجود قيود أو ظروف متعلقة بالتصنيع، أو وجود خطأ في السعر، أو أخطاء تقنية، أو الاشتباه في وجود نشاط احتيالي، أو تقديم العميل بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.
5. الدفع
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم بيانات الدفع والتواصل والتوصيل الصحيحة والكاملة.
وبالنسبة للطلبات التي تتجاوز قيمتها 20,000 جنيه مصري، يجوز لـ TBS Home Lamp طلب سداد 50% من إجمالي قيمة الطلب مقدمًا قبل البدء في التصنيع أو التجهيز أو اتخاذ ترتيبات الشحن والتوصيل.
6. الشحن والتوصيل
تُعد مواعيد التوصيل الموضحة على الموقع أو التي يتم إبلاغ العميل بها من خلال فريق خدمة العملاء مواعيد تقديرية، وقد تختلف وفقًا لمتطلبات التصنيع والتجهيز، وإجراءات شركات الشحن، وحركة المرور، والظروف الجوية، والعطلات الرسمية، وموقع التسليم، وحجم المنتجات، وأي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة لـ TBS Home Lamp.
ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة واكتمال جميع بيانات التوصيل التي يقدمها إلى الشركة.
ولا تتحمل TBS Home Lamp مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن تقديم بيانات توصيل غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة من جانب العميل.
7. التركيب والسلامة الكهربائية
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من تركيب منتجات الإضاءة بطريقة صحيحة وآمنة.
ونوصي بشدة بالاستعانة بكهربائي مؤهل أو فني متخصص عند تركيب منتجات الإضاءة أو إجراء التوصيلات الكهربائية.
ولا تتحمل TBS Home Lamp مسؤولية الأضرار الناتجة عن التركيب غير الصحيح، أو التوصيلات الكهربائية الخاطئة، أو استخدام جهد كهربائي غير مناسب، أو إجراء تعديلات غير مصرح بها، أو سوء الاستخدام، أو الإهمال، أو عدم الالتزام بتعليمات المنتج.
8. الاسترجاع والاستبدال واسترداد الأموال
تخضع عمليات الاسترجاع والاستبدال واسترداد الأموال للسياسات المعمول بها لدى TBS Home Lamp والمنشورة على الموقع.
ونوصي العملاء بالاطلاع على هذه السياسات بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
9. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات الموجودة على موقع TBS Home Lamp، بما في ذلك الشعارات والعلامات التجارية وصور المنتجات والرسومات والتصميمات والنصوص وأوصاف المنتجات وغيرها من المواد، مملوكة لـ TBS Home Lamp أو مستخدمة بموجب التصاريح المناسبة، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

وتخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ بشأن هذه الشروط والأحكام أو الموقع أو أي عملية شراء تتم من خلال TBS Home Lamp للاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم المصرية المختصة.
13. تحديث السياسات

All prices displayed on the website are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise indicated.

For orders exceeding EGP 20,000, TBS Home Lamp may require an advance payment of 50% of the total order value before beginning production, preparation, or delivery arrangements.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery periods provided on the website or communicated by our customer service team are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on production requirements, shipping company procedures, traffic, weather, public holidays, delivery location, product size, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided to TBS Home Lamp is accurate and complete.
TBS Home Lamp shall not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Installation and Electrical Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring that lighting products are installed correctly and safely.

TBS Home Lamp shall not be responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper electrical connections, unsuitable voltage, unauthorized modifications, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow applicable product instructions.
